Job Description
As an RN Outpatient Supervisor, you will lead nursing staff, manage patient assignments, and ensure quality care delivery in a supportive environment. This role involves critical decision-making and fostering teamwork while adhering to hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities
Assign nurses and technicians to patients using independent judgment
Designate shift and schedule assignments, monitor attendance
Provide clinical leadership and ensure adequate staffing
Supervise staff and patient care delivery
Serve as a clinical resource and role model
Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
