Key Responsibilities
Perform key assessments and start IVs for preoperative patients
Monitor vital signs and manage pain in the post-anesthesia care unit
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe procedures
Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
Supervise staff and patient care delivery
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
Registered Nurse (RN) in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
