Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct staff providing patient care
Assign nursing personnel and staff to specific patients
Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies
Act as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients, and families
Deliver direct care to an assigned group of patients
Participate in nursing strategic initiatives and quality improvement
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years of directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and Native languages (Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo)
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
