Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, develop, implement and evaluate educational programs
Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies
Follow patient safety-related policies and procedures
Identify educational needs and develop instructional programs
Implement educational curricula using adult learning principles
Monitor and evaluate progress towards educational goals
Provide leadership in professional practice areas
Promote evidence-based practice and research
Maintain documentation and records of instructional programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
3 years directly related experience
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
CPR, ALS, or ILS Age Appropriate Instructor Certification within 6 months
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Bilingual English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
