Join TEKsystems as an Administrative Assistant, providing essential support to healthcare leaders. You'll manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and streamline administrative tasks while contributing to a dynamic health center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Track and manage site-specific service tickets
Submit and process orders for supplies, purchase requests, and invoices
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Serve as liaison between staff and other sites
Create and adjust provider appointment templates
Support accurate scheduling in clinical workflows
Assist in maintaining accurate reporting
Track staff attendance and communicate coverage needs
Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
Review employee timecards and leave requests
Support annual reviews and onboarding processes
Schedule and support logistics for internal programs
Maintain organized documentation systems
Serve as primary administrative contact for staff
Provide feedback and updates to site leadership
Required Qualifications
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Healthcare experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Project management and coordination skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
