The RN Inpatient Supervisor will oversee nursing operations during shifts, ensuring quality patient care and staff management. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead clinical teams and promote a positive work environment in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assign nurses, technicians, and nursing care to patients using independent judgment.
Supervise staff and patient care delivery on designated shifts.
Ensure adequate staff to meet patient census.
Act as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients, families, and other departments.
Deliver safe direct care and implement individualized care plans.
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
