Key Responsibilities
Implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
Utilize various instructional strategies and technologies
Manage a classroom of 20+ students
Assess student progress and provide feedback
Maintain accurate records of student performance
Establish classroom rules and procedures
Communicate with students, parents, and guardians
Collaborate with other teachers and staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree before first day of work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for learning and commitment to student development
Ability to work in person in New York City
