Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
Deliver clinical mentorship to staff and serve as a role model
Conduct patient education for patients and families
Assist with special tests, procedures, and complex treatments
Document nursing care and ensure physician's orders are carried out
Participate in orientation and evaluation of new personnel
Monitor supply and medicine requisitions
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
3 years directly related experience
