Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in the ambulatory setting.
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to staff.
Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies.
Assist physician with special tests and procedures.
Document patient care and ensure follow-up on medical records.
Administer medications and perform routine treatments.
Conduct patient education on preventive care and medical issues.
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuer within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
3 years directly related experience
