Key Responsibilities
Provide counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy to clients and families
Prepare treatment plans and discharge plans
Consult with other therapists and staff
Provide therapeutic interventions including crisis intervention
Refer clients to appropriate social service agencies
Collect data on patients and evaluate treatment methods
Perform administrative functions and participate in research projects
Provide formal training and consultation to professionals
Manage a specialized caseload
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in a related discipline
Provisional license in Counseling or Social Work (for Graduate Counselor)
LMSW or LPC or LMHC (for Counselor Social Worker)
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage and Family Therapist License (for Clinical Counselor Social Worker)
Documented experience in age-appropriate environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
1 year directly related experience
