The CPR Registered Nurse will provide professional nursing care for patients in a mental health environment, focusing on recovery and adherence to treatment plans. This role includes designing care plans, administering medications, and ensuring a safe environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for psychiatric patients
Design nursing care plans and assist in overall care plan development
Observe patient behavior and perform triage and crisis intervention
Write treatment plans and administer medications
Educate patients and families on treatment regimens
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
1 year directly related experience
