Job Description
The Per Diem RN III provides direct nursing care to patients across various age groups in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility to work required shifts and promotes quality patient care while adhering to hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe direct care to assigned patients
Collaborate with healthcare team to implement and document individualized care plans
Assist with special tests and procedures
Participate in orientation and precepting of new personnel
Administer medication and document clinical findings
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
Enhance professional growth through educational programs
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
1 year directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
