Key Responsibilities
Assist the Clinical Director in the 24-hour management of clinical functions
Oversee the admission and clinical intake process
Provide leadership to the clinical staff
Assist in implementing performance improvement plans
Facilitate communication with ancillary services
Participate in recruiting and interviewing new employees
Assist in ensuring clinical staff meets educational/licensure requirements
Participate in on-call rotation as identified by site leadership
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work, psychology or related services field
Minimum of 1 year experience with eating disorder clients
Licensed to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state
CPR certification
