Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Clinical Director in the 24-hour management of clinical functions
  • Oversee the admission and clinical intake process
  • Provide leadership to the clinical staff
  • Assist in implementing performance improvement plans
  • Facilitate communication with ancillary services
  • Participate in recruiting and interviewing new employees
  • Assist in ensuring clinical staff meets educational/licensure requirements
  • Participate in on-call rotation as identified by site leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology or related services field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with eating disorder clients
  • Licensed to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state
  • CPR certification
