Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe direct nursing care to assigned patients
Provide clinical leadership and assume relief charge duties
Implement and document individualized care plans
Assist with special tests and procedures
Participate in orientation and precepting of new personnel
Assist with emergency measures for patients
Administer medication and document clinical findings
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
PALS
TNCC and/or ENPC
