We are hiring full-time Behavior Technicians (TAs) for the 2025–2026 school year to support K–12 students with special needs in the Sacramento area. This role allows you to make a daily impact by implementing behavior management plans and helping students achieve their IEP goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the classroom teacher to maintain a safe learning environment
Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students with special needs
Compile classroom communications and support differentiation
Assist with classroom management and behavior management plans
Facilitate interactions between students with disabilities and peers
Use various learning methods to enhance student experiences
Support with personal care or hygiene as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with children with special educational needs
