Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial in-home assessments and weekly in-person contacts
Develop individualized service plans for case management
Conduct comprehensive assessments for reunification recommendations
Provide crisis intervention support when necessary
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Build relationships with community service providers
Ensure confidentiality of children and their cases
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, psychology, or relevant behavioral science
Written and verbal fluency in Spanish and English
Minimum of two years' experience in case management
Minimum one year of professional experience working with children or related child protection work
Proven ability to manage complex client situations focusing on safety and child protection
Knowledge of local community social services
Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with immigrant populations
Experience with unaccompanied minors in post-release services
