Key Responsibilities
Assign and supervise nursing personnel and staff to specific patients
Designate shift and schedule assignments
Act as liaison between physicians, staff, patients, families, and other departments
Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients
Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies
Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
