Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures including portables and the OR
Follow prescribed techniques to administer general and specific x-rays
Evaluate filming for technical qualities and provide corrective action
Observe patients and equipment during procedures
Complete and verify all appropriate paperwork
Assist physician with imaging process
Maintain stock supply levels and cleanliness in assigned area
Instruct students and clinical staff as required
Engage in professional development and education
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists License
NM Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Program License
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a trauma center
