Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in the ambulatory setting
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to staff
Serve as a role model and ensure adherence to hospital policies
Assist physician with special tests, procedures, and complex treatments
Document patient care and ensure follow-up on medical records
Participate in orientation and evaluation of new personnel
Provide patient education and promote self-management
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
