Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients
Work within Hospitals, Nursing division and departmental policies
Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans
Assist with special tests and procedures
Participate in orientation and precepting of new personnel
Assist with or institute emergency measures for sudden patient developments
Ensure patient medical records contain necessary information
Administer medication, including IV medication, and document clinical findings
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and families
Enhance professional growth and development through educational participation
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English/Spanish
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
