Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients.
Work within Hospitals, Nursing division and departmental policies.
Implement and document individualized care plans.
Assist with special tests and procedures.
Participate in orientation and precepting new personnel.
Assist with emergency measures for sudden patient developments.
Administer medication and document clinical findings.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
Enhance professional growth through educational programs.
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
1 year directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual (English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo)
