The Bilingual RN will provide direct nursing care in various clinical specialties while promoting a positive work environment. This part-time position requires a commitment to patient safety and quality care across multiple age groups.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe direct care to assigned patients.
Collaborate with healthcare team to implement and document individualized care plans.
Assist with special tests and procedures, ensuring proper consent has been obtained.
Administer medication, including IV medication, and document clinical findings.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and families.
Participate in orientation and assume precepting responsibilities.
Enhance professional growth through participation in educational programs.
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
1 year directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
