Key Responsibilities
Coordinate clinical aspects of the CF program
Oversee data entry into the CF Foundation Patient Registry
Collaborate with care team for patient-centered care
Ensure comprehensive discharge planning and follow-up
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Provide education to patients and families
Ensure compliance with CFF mandates
Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
2 years directly related experience
Preferred Qualifications
BSN within 36 Months of Position
