Key Responsibilities
Assign nursing personnel and staff to specific patients using independent judgment
Supervise and direct staff providing patient care
Designate shift and schedule assignments
Act as liaison between physicians, staff, patients, and families
Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN license in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and native languages such as Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
