Key Responsibilities
Assign nurses and technicians to patients based on independent judgment
Supervise staff and patient care delivery on the designated shift
Ensure adequate staffing to meet patient census
Act as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients, and families
Develop efficient organizational structure for the department
Deliver direct patient care as required
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years of directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN license in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and indigenous languages
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
