The CPR RN will provide essential nursing care in the Pediatric ICU, serving a diverse patient population. This role includes clinical leadership, patient care coordination, and adherence to hospital policies, all within a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients
Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients
Implement and document individualized care plans
Assist with special tests and procedures
Participate in orientation and precepting of new personnel
Administer medication and document clinical findings
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
