Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care using the nursing process in an ambulatory setting
Serve as clinical leader and mentor to staff
Assist physicians with special tests and procedures
Ensure patient medical records are complete and accurate
Administer medications and perform routine treatments
Participate in training and evaluation of new personnel
Provide patient education and promote self-management
Promote patient safety and adhere to hospital policies
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN license in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual (English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo)
3 years directly related experience
