Job Description
Join Amazon's rapidly growing video advertising business as a Senior Technical Account Manager. You will support campaign delivery and optimize supply monetization for major advertisers, driving success through technical expertise and proactive problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Drive advertiser success through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of campaign delivery issues
Execute and improve on Standard Operating Procedures for delivery incident response
Partner with sales to share proposals to advertisers on maximizing video advertising performance
Develop expert understanding of product functionality, and train customers and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles
Focus on data analysis experience
Experience with annual brand and media planning
Experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster or Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
