Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to staff
Assume relief charge duties when designated
Document nursing care and ensure physician's orders are carried out
Assist with special tests, procedures, and complex treatments
Educate patients and families on preventive care and medical issues
Participate in orientation and evaluation of new personnel
Follow and promote patient safety policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
3 years directly related experience
