Job Description
Join the University of New Mexico Hospitals as a Bilingual RN, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive patient care across various age groups. You'll be responsible for coordinating care, providing education, and working closely with a team to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform all RN Nursing duties in specialty clinic
Coordinate patient care activities
Serve as liaison between patient/family and healthcare team
Counsel and teach families on medical conditions and procedures
Facilitate delivery of services for optimal patient care
Collaborate with specialty team for patient candidacy
Conduct educational engagements for patients and staff
Provide statistical reports as needed
Required Qualifications
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
3 years of directly related experience
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and indigenous languages (Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo)
