Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care in the ambulatory setting
Adhere to and promote the core expectations of Patient Centered Medical Home
Assess patient's condition and nursing needs, set and achieve goals
Ensure that physician's orders are carried out
Participate in orientation and evaluation of new personnel
Assist with emergency measures for adverse developments in patients
Provide education for patients and families about preventive care and medical issues
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
3 years directly related experience
