Key Responsibilities

  • Operates the multi-line phone system to receive all incoming calls.
  • Obtains necessary information from the caller to process the call efficiently.
  • Transfers the caller to the appropriate department or person.
  • Welcomes visitors and informs employees of their arrival.
  • Maintains Forcura by uploading and faxing orders and documentation.
  • Uploads and attaches relevant documents to patient charts in WellSky.
  • Maintains inventory and gathers supplies for clinicians.
  • Assists with administrative and clerical tasks as directed.
  • Completes other assignments as requested.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year prior experience in operating PC and multi-line phone system
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft and OneDrive
