Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered psychiatric nursing care for individuals with diagnoses such as schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and substance use disorders.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and case managers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Use Cerner EHR to document care and ensure accurate and timely charting.
• Demonstrate crisis management skills and implement therapeutic interventions when necessary.
• Participate in a team-based model of care that prioritizes safety, empathy, and patient engagement.
