Join Staples as a Senior Inside Sales Team Manager, where you'll lead a dynamic sales team, develop strategic sales initiatives, and enhance customer satisfaction. With a focus on mentorship and performance optimization, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and fostering an inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the team/market
Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
Track and analyze market/team sales data
Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside sales team
Conduct consistent coaching and development sessions
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management
Conduct audits and address gaps in performance
Required Qualifications
High School or GED Equivalent
4+ years sales experience
1+ years sales management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Demonstrated experience leading sales teams in an Inside Sales environment
