This role is a 13•week contract with the potential for extension, offering 40 hours per week on a day shift schedule. **Deliver high•quality nursing care to home health patients • Conduct start of care visits and manage a caseload using a point system • Utilize the Home Care Home Base EMR system • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care **Active OR RN license • Minimum of 2 years of home health experience • Familiarity with Home Care Home Base is strongly preferred **Potential for overtime • This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse to make a meaningful impact in the community.
