MedAdventures is hiring a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to support two Skilled Nursing Facilities located in Ardmore and Fayetteville, TN. Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments across two SNF locations.
• Create individualized care plans focused on functional improvement.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy strategies and safety techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary care teams.

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee PT license (or eligibility to obtain).
• SNF experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel between Ardmore and Fayetteville locations.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and clinical skills.
• A commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
