Key Responsibilities
Identify, secure, and expand new business opportunities
Develop and implement effective sales plans
Maintain and develop client relationships
Manage the sales process and build a database of qualified contacts
Increase market share and revenue
Network locally and use social media to boost the brand
Make formal sales presentations
Negotiate staffing agreements and contracts
Identify and qualify potential prospects for new business development
Collaborate with clients to develop staffing strategies and solutions
Manage the job order fulfillment process
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of business experience and/or 2+ years of business to business sales
Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
Proven ability to bounce back from rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Proven success in using social media and online platforms to build relationships and generate leads
Proven ability to negotiate effectively and reach mutually beneficial agreements
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax laws, auditing, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and industry knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
