Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, secure, and expand new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans
  • Maintain and develop client relationships
  • Manage the sales process and build a database of qualified contacts
  • Increase market share and revenue
  • Network locally and use social media to boost the brand
  • Make formal sales presentations
  • Negotiate staffing agreements and contracts
  • Identify and qualify potential prospects for new business development
  • Collaborate with clients to develop staffing strategies and solutions
  • Manage the job order fulfillment process

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of business experience and/or 2+ years of business to business sales
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
  • Proven ability to bounce back from rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Proven success in using social media and online platforms to build relationships and generate leads
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and reach mutually beneficial agreements
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax laws, auditing, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and industry knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • CPA, CMA, CFA Certification
  • Previous experience in Finance & Accounting (e.g., bookkeeping, financial reporting, auditing, tax preparation, financial analysis)
  • Analytical problem-solving, effective communication, software proficiency, attention to detail, organization, critical thinking, data analysis, and financial modeling
  • Adaptability, interpersonal and leadership skills, ethical behavior, and a commitment to continuous learning
