Key Responsibilities
Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems
Diagnose and perform services on HVAC equipment and accessories
Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to identify potential problems
Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning
Record all required information on customer calls
Deliver excellent customer service and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction
Promote products and services to customers
Ensure company property and tools are used and maintained properly
Comply with health and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2 to 5 years’ experience in HVAC with technical training certification
Valid licensing or certification as required by laws
EPA and safety certifications
Skilled at servicing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment
Proficient at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
