Key Responsibilities
Evaluates patients based on departmental standards
Conducts and modifies evaluations based on patient symptoms and medical status
Treats patients with therapeutic exercises and administers physical agents
Educates patients and families in home exercise programs
Documents in accordance with insurance guidelines
Supervises affiliated students and participates in continuing education
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy with a minimum of a B.S.
Current Connecticut license in Physical Therapy
Advanced specialty practice in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor diagnoses
Preferred Qualifications
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Windows based programs
Basic keyboarding skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
