Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Provides in-home occupational therapy services to patients with neuromuscular, skeletal, and perceptual disorders under the direction of a physician
Independently schedules patient visits in a timely and efficient manner
Maintains regular contact with agency staff members, physicians, hospital staff, and the general public
Handles confidential information
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Current state license
Valid driver's license
Minimum of one year of experience in acute, rehab, outpatient, home health or long-term care setting
CPR certification
Good assessment and treatment planning skills
Good time management and problem-solving skills
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience in acute care or home care
