NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking a Full-Time Clinician for the Substance Use Services Programs; Massachusetts Impaired Driver and the Second Offender Aftercare Treatment Program (MID/SOA) located in Haverhill, MA. Job Responsibilities:
Conducting Substance Use assessments including MAST and DAST.
Conducting Clinical Intakes to include DSM 5 Diagnosis.
Facilitate Individual therapy, group therapy and case management with clients who are referred by court.
Completing all required clinical documentation.
Communication to Probation and other collaterals regarding program start.
Collaborating with the Program Director on treatment recommendations, clinical curriculum and program development.
Demonstrate comfortability in providing a judgement free environment.
Job Requirements:
A Master’s degree in a clinical field.
Experience working with individuals diagnosed with substance use disorder (preferred but not required)
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to seek out community resources independently.
Valid driver’s license.
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
