Key Responsibilities
Dispensing spectacles and optical products to patients
Advising patients on lenses and frames
Verifying order data and maintaining accurate records
Providing excellent member service in person and over the phone
Educating patients on available products
Assisting Optical Manager with opening and closing procedures
Ensuring compliance with company policies and privacy regulations
Required Qualifications
Must be licensed to work as an optician within the State and keep license up to date and active
Strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Open shift availability
At least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of optical products and business practices
High school diploma or college degree
Experience in big box wholesale, retail, and/or optical
