Key Responsibilities
Detecting, preventing, and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers
Maintaining surveillance from covert positions
Responding to electronic sensor alarms and physical evidence
Patrolling international boundaries and coastal waterways
Using various government assets to accomplish missions
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship
Primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years
Age under 40 at the time of application
General work experience or a bachelor's degree
Ability to speak and read Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
Current or prior law enforcement experience
Graduate level education in related fields
