🕗 Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8s (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
📍 Territory: East Portland, OR & Clark County, WA (and surrounding areas)
📈 Contract Length: 13 weeks
✅ Charting System: Epic (Home Health module + Rover app)
✅ Patient Ratio: 1:1 (up to ~6 visits/day, 30 productivity points standard)
✅ Locals Accepted: Yes
✅ No weekends or on-call required!
