ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Dallas, Texas.
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• On-call required unless working weekend or night shift
• Must be assigned to one of 3 call teams: Neuro, Transplant, or General
• Number of call shifts depends on which team you are hired into
• Must help with holiday coverage for Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's
• Facility requires a Tuesday start date
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios in operating room setting
• Work with advanced equipment including DaVinci Robot, Trumpf beds, Mako Robot, Rosa Robot, Ligasure, Erbe, and various surgical instruments
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Minimum 2 years OR experience required
• General surgery experience required
• Robotic experience required
• Neuro and transplant experience preferred
• Must maintain BLS certification
• Assist with general/GYN/urology surgeries (open & robotic), orthopedic procedures (no spine), plastic surgeries, pediatric general, and pediatric orthopedic procedures
• Dress code: RN royal blue scrubs or hospital provided scrubs

This major medical center features a comprehensive surgical department with 30 operating rooms plus 3 lithotripsy suites. The facility maintains a large surgical team of approximately 130 staff members and utilizes state-of-the-art surgical technology including multiple robotic systems. The organization provides a full range of surgical services including general, gynecological, urological, orthopedic, plastic, and pediatric procedures, with specialized call teams for neurology and transplant services.
