Job Description
Join Quill, a part of Staples, as a Territory Sales Executive and drive new revenue growth in the Philadelphia area. Leverage your sales expertise to build relationships, present solutions, and close deals while enjoying the support of an inclusive culture and robust benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
Build territory penetration strategy
Qualify prospects based on customer size, spend, and potential
Schedule appointments and present Quill values to prospective customers
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
Create and present custom pricing solutions
Ensure smooth transition to the account management team
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Seek ways to improve and absorb coaching
Positively impact culture and team dynamics
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
