Key Responsibilities
Ensure guest satisfaction with food, service, and staff
Build relationships to create loyal guests
Lead and develop team members through coaching and motivation
Participate in the interviewing and selection process
Train team in food safety standards

Required Qualifications
Minimum age: 18 years
1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
Proven ability to lead shifts in a fast-paced environment
ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification)
