Key Responsibilities
Field customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Respond to customer and partner digital inquiries
Provide clear information about company products and services
Ensure customer requests for reservations are met
Identify upsell opportunities
Escalate complex issues to Team Leaders
Support company culture and team philosophy
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in inbound contact center or customer service
Effective computer skills and understanding of telephone etiquette
Strong verbal communication skills
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of property management and reservations systems
Experience in the casino/hospitality industry
