Key Responsibilities

  • Field customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Respond to customer and partner digital inquiries
  • Provide clear information about company products and services
  • Ensure customer requests for reservations are met
  • Identify upsell opportunities
  • Escalate complex issues to Team Leaders
  • Support company culture and team philosophy

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in inbound contact center or customer service
  • Effective computer skills and understanding of telephone etiquette
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of property management and reservations systems
  • Experience in the casino/hospitality industry
