Job Description
Join St. Vincent's Medical Center as an RN Clinical Services Leader in Adolescent Psychiatry, where you'll manage patient care activities, support staff, and enhance nursing programs. This role is crucial in ensuring quality care and fostering a thriving work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with management of patient care activities and assigned staff.
Provide direction and support to unit staff.
Supervise admissions, conduct assessments, and initiate nursing care plans.
Evaluate and document patient progress.
Facilitate planning, implementation, development, and evaluation of nursing programs.
Assist with development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Serve as a liaison between the manager, staff, and other areas.
Provide hands-on nursing support and coaching for the nursing team.
Identify and resolve issues affecting delivery of patient care services.
Required Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Connecticut Department of Public Health
BSN Required
Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
