Job Description
Join Plains All American as an Instrumentation and Control Technician, where you will support electrical and instrumentation systems through installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems
Conduct inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment
Create service requests and retain service records
Conduct preventative maintenance tasks on electrical equipment
Install and troubleshoot various electronic metering devices
Complete paperwork for regulatory compliance
Ensure safety, regulatory, and operational integrity policies are followed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to speak, read, and write English
Ability to perform basic math
Experience or training with high voltage electrical systems
Familiarity with electrical theory and skills
Proficient in safe work practices and procedures
Basic computer skills: Excel, Microsoft Office, Word
Preferred Qualifications
Technical degree or participation in apprenticeship program
Two years of field experience
Related training in HVAC and/or instrumentation
Proficiency in working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
